
Kirsten hails from New Zealand and is a Certified Associate in Project Management through the Project Management Institute. Kirsten has an eye for detail and a creative approach to problem solving with her particular strengths in strategic thinking, planning and organisation. She has strong research and writing skills and brings her extensive project management skills to the team.
Kirsten worked for a number of years in Economic Development coordinating diverse local partnerships to develop cohesive regional economic strategies. She then moved into Business Development, advising start up and early stage IT businesses, before moving into IT contracting on projects. Prior to moving to the UK, Kirsten was a key member of the team to develop and implement an organisation wide project management system. Following implementation she became the lead in managing its maintenance, continual improvement, training and was the sole liaison with the development company.
Kirsten has been an international representative swimmer for New Zealand and participated a number of times on the elite 10km FINA World Cup series. She also competes in masters swimming, consistently taking world records in several events across several masters swimming age groups.
